From the Elbe (back) to the Alster – Carolin Klüpfel becomes a lecturer at Fresenius
As part of the Master’s programme in Real Estate Management (M.A.), Ms. Carolin Klüpfel will be teaching “Real Estate Law in Project Development” at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg from September onwards.
A certified lawyer for construction and architectural law, Ms. Klüpfel is very much looking forward to the new challenge of teaching law to master students in a practical and scientifically sound manner. The concept of the Master’s program strikes the nerve of our times and provides an interdisciplinary approach to a course of studies that will enable students to meet the criteria of economic efficiency, user-friendliness and sustainability. At the same time, the course encourages students to reflect on their own actions against the background of social responsibility for society as a whole.
The goal of the Master in Real Estate Economics (M.A.) is to enable students and graduates to develop application-oriented solutions to modern day real estate problems, incorporating legal and economic concepts to be utilised in the real world. Examples range from new housing concepts or sustainable office buildings, to hotel complexes and entire city districts. Reuther Rieche Law Firm wishes the students a successful start to their master’s degree.read more
